Every piece may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with shipping on us — worldwide. Pieces should be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of arrival at the atelier.
HOW TO RETURN A PIECE
Write to care@aurelle.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid, insured shipping label the same day. Hand the parcel to any courier point — every return travels fully insured.
REPAIRS, FOR LIFE
Aurelle pieces are made to be kept, and we stand behind them indefinitely. Any piece may be returned to the atelier for repair at any time; we cover the work on all craftsmanship faults, always.
RESIZING
Your first ring resizing is complimentary within six months of purchase. Thereafter, resizing is offered at the cost of the work alone. Engraved or eternity-set bands may have limits — write to us first.
EXCHANGES
Prefer a different size or metal? We will hold the new piece while yours travels back to us, so there is no time spent without it.
